During the pandemic, our Christian Education committee adopted a Zoom format. Each session was based on a particular theme and usually ran for four weeks. The sessions were very popular, so much so that the Committee decided to continue the format going forward. The sessions are hosted by a Committee member and facilitated by speakers from both within and outside the parish.
We gather over Zoom at 8 p.m. and conclude at 9 p.m. with a short service of Compline.
Please contact the church office if you’d like to receive the email with the link to join any of the upcoming sessions.
The Zoom sessions are recorded. Scroll down for the links and passwords for the recorded sessions. Older sessions are now being kept on the St. Martin’s Youtube channel.

In Miracles and Other Reasonable Things, the Canadian writer, Sarah Bessey, writes about miracles from both a theological point of view, but more importantly, from her own experience in her recovery from injuries from a serious car accident. She looks at miraculous healing, dealing with chronic pain and how God can appear in the midst of suffering. Her account is both faithful, but open to the complications that attend suffering.
