Trinity Bach Project: Bach & Earth- October 26

The Trinity Bach Project returns to St. Martin’s for a concert on Sunday, October 24th at 4pm. Season Four opens with a celebration of abundance and invitation through cantatas BWV 187 Es wartet alles auf dich (“Everything depends on you”) and BWV 76 Die Himmel erzählen die Ehre Gottes (“The heavens declare the glory of God”). Accompanied by strings, oboes, organ, and trumpet, fourteen singers bring to life vivacious choral fugues and expressive recits and arias along with lush a cappella offerings such as Ticheli’s “Earth Song” and Reger’s “Morgengesang.”
